This is such a valve as using the self pressure variation to realize self control while keep the flow through this control system unchanged. With a flow indication, it is easily adjusted and suitable for the flow control of heat supply, air-conditioning etc. non-corrosive media. Through once adjustment before running can get the system's flow automatically constant at the required set value.

ZL47F Self Balancing Valve consists of an automatically adjustable disc and a manually adjusted disc and uses the medium's self pressure variation as the power to automatically adjust the balance of the flow of each branch pipeline and accurately stabilize the flow, and also has the functions of opening index, locking and closing, suitable the flow control of heat supply, air-conditioning etc. non-corrosive media. The figure below shows the curves of the flow performance of several valves, of which one of an equal percentage performance is made in my company. It can get known one equal variable rate with the opening makes the variable rate of flow equal, which features by the bigger the opening, the bigger the flow while the smaller the opening the smaller the flow. Most of the application in engineering is do neat a big flow, so this equal percentage valve is just suitable for this requirement.
